Wreckfest

Wreckfest for PC is a fun racing game that combines the thrill of demolition derbies with street racing, whether in single-player or multiplayer mode. Adrenaline, speed, and lots and lots of crashes!

About the Game The game offers a wide variety of events, in which players can race cleanly—aiming to be the first to cross the finish line—or play dirty if they prefer, sabotaging their opponents’ cars, pushing them off the track, or making them crash into walls.

You start the game by choosing your vehicle from a long and varied list that includes CAT excavators, Caddies, Chevrolets, and a collection worthy of the finest exhibitions, where you’ll find Fords, Pontiacs, Rovers, and VW Beetles, among many others. There’s even a Volvo bus, in case size and power are your thing. You can also customize your car’s paint job—but don’t get too attached to it, since you’ll likely have to touch it up after every race!

The next decision you’ll have to make is whether to choose a manual or automatic transmission. If you’re a die-hard fan of racing simulators, the manual transmission will suit you perfectly. But if your goal is to win all the destruction and speed awards without the stress of having to shift gears yourself and risking breakdowns, your best bet is the automatic.

Finally, you can choose between dirt tracks and asphalt tracks, with a wide variety available. Highways, race tracks, circuits, and motocross tracks—they’re all waiting for you. As if that weren’t enough, you’ll be able to head out into the open countryside in certain areas, adding a touch of excitement and risk to your gameplay.
