Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

Zonakeys is operated by Zonakeys (“Zonakeys”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@zonakeys.com.

By using the store or placing an order you accept these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for making sure that buying and using the products is lawful in your country.

3. What we sell

We sell digital keys, licenses and gift cards from third parties. We are not the publisher of the products and are not affiliated with them; trademarks belong to their owners.

Products may have region, platform or account restrictions. Before revealing a key you must check that it works in your region; by revealing it you confirm that you did.

4. Your account

We do not use passwords: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for the security of that email account and for all activity carried out through it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). We only accept cryptocurrency payments (for example USDT or USDC on the networks shown at checkout), processed by a third-party payment provider.

You must send the exact amount, in the indicated currency and network, from a wallet you control. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a transfer to the wrong network or address may be lost and we are not responsible for it.

You have 30 minutes to pay; after that the order expires and the reservation is released. If a payment arrives late, incomplete or for a different amount, the order goes to manual review: we may complete it, credit the difference as store balance, or refund you the amount minus network fees.

6. Delivery

Some products are delivered immediately once payment is confirmed; others require manual approval or depend on stock and may take longer. Pre-orders are delivered on the product’s release date.

Keys are shown only in your account, per unit, when you click “Reveal key”. We never send them by email or messaging apps.

7. Permitted use

Keys are for your personal use. Fraudulent use of the store, unauthorized bulk resale, use of illicit payment sources, abusive automated access and any attempt to breach the site’s security are prohibited. We may cancel orders and suspend access if we suspect fraud or abuse.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: once a key is revealed it is considered delivered and no longer eligible for a refund, unless it is defective from the start.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is”, without warranties other than those expressly stated in the Refund Policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the store.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing above limits the mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your country or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, write to us at support@zonakeys.com and let us try to resolve the matter in good faith for 30 days.

If it is not resolved, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of New Mexico, unless the law gives you the right to sue where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with its date. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
