Everything you need to buy, receive and redeem your key. If you can’t find the answer, write to us.
We accept stablecoins: USDT and USDC on the TRC20 and BEP20 networks. Prices are shown in USD and payment is always processed in USD. When you create the order you have 30 minutes to complete the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, your order is ready and you can reveal the key from the order page (My account → your orders). If a product needs a few minutes to be prepared, you will see its status in the order.
It depends on the network you choose. It is usually a few minutes. Don’t close the payment tab until you see the confirmation; if you already sent the funds and it takes too long, write to us with the order reference.
Each product page lists the regions where it is valid. Make sure your country is included before paying: a key from another region may not activate on your account.
Write to us as soon as possible with the order reference. You can report a key that was defective at source up to 48 hours after revealing it (if you do not reveal it, it is deemed delivered 3 days after payment is confirmed). See the refund policy for details.
You sign in with your email: we send you an access link, no passwords to remember. There you will find your orders, revealed keys and wishlist.
Digital keys have special refund conditions. Please read the refund policy before buying.
Quick steps by platform. For specific cases, always check the platform’s official page.
Write to us with the order reference (you will find it on the order page) and we will review your case.
