INDIKA

MEET AN UNUSUAL NUN

INDIKA is a third-person game where you’ll experience a story set in a strange world where religious visions clash with harsh reality. It tells the story of a young nun’s journey of self-discovery alongside a most unusual companion with horns.

On the surface, Indika seems like your typical nun trying to adapt to the harsh, monotonous life of the monastery. Though she appears humble and innocent, don’t be fooled—this young woman has a most peculiar acquaintance: she speaks with the devil himself.

Indika’s unusual connection to the devil propels her on a mission that will take her beyond the monastery walls. The world she discovers can only be described as a wild, tragicomic blend of the novels of Dostoyevsky and Bulgakov.

Religion and authority are central themes in Indika’s journey, and she’ll have to grapple with numerous questions along the way. Guide her so she can find all the answers before the odyssey that will shape her life comes to an end.

Odd Meter is a small independent studio that was previously based in Moscow but now operates out of Kazakhstan. Its members pay close attention to aesthetics but don’t hesitate to challenge ethical norms. INDIKA is clear proof of this, as it openly challenges the industry’s established approaches to video game development.
